Quite possible could ruin my bank account. Staff were great and plenty of knowledge... felt sad that they didn't have what I wanted but offer an excellent future service.

I have recently sold my 1978 Mercedes Benz 350SL. This was a very reluctant transaction however the whole experience was an absolute pleasure as the car was advertised and sold on my behalf by Junction 59 Classics. I would like to say a big thank you to the staff for their kindness, genuine courtesy and professionalism. I also like to look at the superb vehicles on display in showroom each time I visit. I would highly recommend this organisation to anyone who is interested in classic cars.

Please avoid these people . I gave them my car to finish its rebuild, was sent to them from paint shop, after almost two years and £3000 pound spend , I end having to take car else where. And it was in very damaged condition. Body work had scratches/dents all over it , have been storage outside at some point which damaged new parts ( bumpers extra). The work they had been paid for (fit interior) still not done . They damaged the new engine which was delivered, then tried to blame engine company then tried passing damage cost to me. All of there work was badly done or unfinished. They couldnt fit the new engine after taking old one out , didn’t have a clue about about very basic technical engineering skills . At every meeting there attitude was to blame others or to give sob story about leaving staff .Please read this if your thinking of taking your classic to these people I’v had no apology from them for damages, or any money back.

Previously visited this garage 2-3 years ago when it was called Simon J Robinsons and found it to be a GOOD place for classic cars and servicing. However since recently re-visiting this garage as Junction 59 classic cars, the turn around and difference in the whole place is unbelievable. The new owner is amazing to deal with, the showroom looks better than ever, the knowledge and skills that the staff and mechanics have is absolutely fantastic. I have never felt more welcomed and invited into a business. I say great job to Matthew and his team for all the hard work that can clearly be seen compared to my last visit a few years back.
Previous reviews of 1* do not show the truth behind this business and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to deal with classical cars, whether that be selling, buying or looking for advice.

I recently sold my beloved MGB GT through Junction 59 Classics and would like to thank them so much. Everything was made so easy for me and I was informed of every stage of the sale from first viewing to test drive then a sale.
This saved me so much hassle as in advertising, waiting for potential buyers to arrive who don't, keeping car pristine etc etc.
Most importantly I was paid immediately!
Once again thank you Junction 59!!

BEWARE!!!
Simon J Robinson Ltd ripped our family off to the tune of £19,000 over a 2 year period for a restoration job that barely even got started.
Unbeknown to me (until I found the ridiculous invoices) my poor, over-trusting in-laws were repeatedly being charged for 90 hours labour at a time (£40+ per hour) for jobs that either never even took place or in reality should probably have taken no more than 90 minutes. Hard-earned life savings taken by a family business which to this day has still not offered any refund. After £19,000 spent and two years of expectation we collected (most of) our dismantled vehicle in the summer of 2015 which was in a worse state than when we originally dropped it off. It was a struggle to believe £1900 worth of work had been carried out never mind £19000.
Heartbroken and financially ruined, the Robinson family have now had ample opportunity to do the right thing and resolve the situation by giving us some of our money back but no, not a single penny has ever been offered. I personally lost £5000 on this family investment project so I'm NOT ONE BIT HAPPY, my loss is a drop in the ocean compared to my in-laws who insist on keeping calm.
The business name may have since changed but the family ownership of this company has not, neither has the situation with our refund. Horrible.
Save yourself a lot of money and heartache by keeping away. If we ever see any of our cash back I'll let you know.

Absolute joke of a company, not a single promise was delivered, my car left there garage in a much worse state than it entered, called them out to sort it out and things only got worse to the point where the car was no longer road worth, I've had to have the car inspected and repaired at another garage and was basically told that all this so called garage did was wash the car and hide some wire.
If you use this place you'll require the job don't again correctly, just avoid theses scam artists. Look up there business detail and alarm bells will ring

The work that is done here is 10/10 I can't believe how good the work is. All the staff are all friendly and really help full. Really know what they are doing and know what they are talking about, I would recommend junction 59 classic to anyone who is looking to get there old vintage car resprayed or even a full restoration. It is really outstanding.

Probably not this car but on previous experience this guy gives absolutely the worst description of a car, well at least the MG when I went to view one.
After travelling to his garage a round trip of over 400 miles for a car that was described as a total restoration it was disgusting to have been misled. Dents in bonnet, glass did not fit, boot was twisted, just simply unfairly described in my opinion.
Just beware before travelling any long distance of the quality of the cars this guy describes as pictures do not always show the poor detail.
Premises too were shabby
